On Wednesday 4th November the Year 3, 4, 5 and 6’s went to Easingwold Secondary School to take part in the cluster schools cross country event. The children all did their best and we were very successful as a school, with many children qualifying for the final which will be held on Tuesday 17th November. To go through to the final, children had to finish within the top 12.
Of the 37 children that took part, 11 children have qualified and reached the final – an extra special well done to all these children!
A huge well done to all the children who took part, it was a cold, wet and foggy morning but their spirits weren’t dampened! Thank you as well to the parents who came to support and cheer the children on.
