Some of our pupils may need a little extra help and this is where our Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) support comes in. Each child with additional needs is offered different support tailored to meet their needs. Staff at our school work closely with our children, their parents and, where appropriate, outside agencies, to develop each child’s support.
Our SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) is Mrs Helen Pye. Our SEND Information Report outlines how we identify and monitor progress of our children with additional needs. Our Whole School Provision Map gives an overview of the types of support we currently have in place at school to meet the needs of our children.
