In this section, you will find some ideas of activities that you can try at home to support development of fine and gross motor skills.

Get involved with Joe Wicks’s PE sessions. 30 minute daily sessions are live streamed to his YouTube channel every day at 9am. Don’t worry if that time doesn’t work for you, they are recorded, so you can do them at any time.

Cosmic Yoga also have some lovely, fun yoga sessions to try on their YouTube page. The sessions are themed and include things such as Pokémon, Minecraft and Frozen yoga.

Dough disco is a fantastic way to develop muscles to support fine motor skills.  All you need is some playdough, some music and then get funky with lots of dough disco moves like this:  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCj0shfH3pzhrf3dOrSj_pRw
