I moved to the village in 2020. My oldest child joined the school in 2021 and when she did, the walk into school very quickly had an impact on me;- helping me to feel settled and part of a caring and kind village community. I am a secondary school teacher and have taught at state and independent schools in London and now Yorkshire. I was previously Director of Teaching and Learning at a selective school in London, where I had responsibility for leading innovation and creativity in teaching and learning. I am now Head of Geography and love establishing a sense of awe and wonder for the world in the students I teach.
